Evaluate Before Recommending
Every treatment decision at The Center for Regenerative Medicine begins with an in-person evaluation with the physician. The physician considers your symptoms, history, examination, functional goals, and relevant imaging or records before discussing which options may be reasonable.
This process helps distinguish between problems that may sound similar but involve different structures, mechanics, or stages of injury. The conversation also focuses on what the condition prevents you from doing and what a meaningful improvement would look like in your daily life.
Personalized, Non-Surgical-First Care
A care plan may include physician-directed regenerative or biologic options when clinically appropriate, rehabilitation, pain-management strategies, and activity guidance. The goal is to preserve function, restore stability and mobility, and support a meaningful return to activity.
Recommendations are individualized. A person with a recent sports injury may need a different approach from someone managing arthritis, recurrent instability, or long-standing wear and tear.
Treatment Categories
Regenerative Medicine
Autologous regenerative options may be considered after evaluation when clinically appropriate. The physician discusses candidacy, alternatives, limitations, and the role the treatment may play within a broader joint-restoration plan.
Rehabilitation and Functional Recovery
Rehabilitation can address mobility, strength, stability, movement quality, and gradual return to activity. It may be recommended independently or coordinated with other physician-directed care.
Pain Management and Activity Guidance
Symptom management may support movement and participation, but care is planned around function rather than temporary relief alone. Activity recommendations can help patients understand what to modify and how to progress responsibly.
Clear Expectations and Follow-Up
Recommendations depend on the diagnosis and clinical findings. The first appointment is an evaluation, not a commitment to undergo a procedure. The physician will explain candidacy, alternatives, limitations, expected follow-up, and whether additional imaging or another type of care may be useful.
